Cocktail Style
Designed with mingling in mind, our Cocktail menus offer a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. There are substantial options too, so rest assured your guests will be well fed.
Our Cocktail Style reception caters for up to 200 people and food service is timed around the evening’s proceedings. Guests have flexibility to socialise, wander out to the deck and enjoy the full experience of being right on the beach.
Extras
There’s a range of extras, such as an elegant oyster station on the deck, with freshly shucked oysters matched to your choice of sparkling wine / champagne.
Have your guests arrive on deck to the fragrant smells of yakitori as our chef grills your selections for guests to enjoy with a sparkling or beer to replenish after your ceremony.
Late night slider service designed as a late pick-me-up, our slider menu is a cool addition to BBW food offerings. Timed to perfection to ensure your guests' late night cravings are satisfied, so they can continue dancing out on the deck.
Additional canapé selections, traditional paella and a dessert station option also make up our list of extras. Each a fantastic addition to any of our menus that will ensure your guests will leave fully satisfied.
